Each Aromatherapy candle contains 100% natural plant based ingredients. We use Coconut and Rapeseed wax from sustainable and ethical sources. This natural wax is eco friendly, vegan, not tested on animals and non toxic when burnt. This candle contains no palm oil, GMO free, no harsh chemicals, no artificial colours, no paraffin, phalates or mineral wax.

Mindful Moment Mantra
The Mantras can be used in a variety of ways to encourage some mindfulness into your life. Each mantra has a specific intention to focus on in that moment depending on your needs. By simply taking some deep breaths and then repeating the mantras several times they can act as an anchor to bring you back into the present moment.
Safety
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Burn candles out of reach of children and pets. Always leave at least 10 cm between burning candles. Do not burn a candle on near anything that can catch fire. Only burn this candle on a level heat resistant surface.
Never burn a candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Do not allow the flame to touch the glass. On the first burn always burn for 3-4 hours to ensure an even melt pool. Ensure the wick is upright, above the wax and central before the wax sets. Always trim the wick to 5mm before lighting to avoid smoking and damage to the glass. Glass may become hot during use. Extinguish when 5mm of wax remains and do not relight.
